WHY SHOULD WE DRINK CELERY JUICE?

 It takes a few minutes to make a new favorite drink, and have it on an empty stomach EVERY DAY.
Rinsing off full stalks of celery, Throw into a blender with a dash of water (you can also use a juicer for this, but  blender works just as well). After letting it blend for about one to two minutes on the highest speed,  use a nut-milk bag to strain the juice. Try to consume 8 ounces of celery juice each morning. 

HOW IT AFFECTS HEALTH

 
During the first week, you already notice more energy.  In week two you  will  start to really believe in the power of celery juice, though.
This juice can kill unproductive gut bacteria, yeast, and mold. Believe it or not, these are the things that can cause unhealthy cravings.
