Consume 1 kilogram of oranges, two liters of water (make sure it is non carbonated), and two eggs.
Week 2: 
You can add raw vegetables and fruits. You can have as many fruits and veggies as you can, but you are forbidden to drink alcoholic and caffeinated beverages, and smoke.

You can consider the oranges only diet that lasts for 3 days. It involves taking only water and orange throughout the 3-day diet program. This is an difficult diet to follow but Since you are only consuming orange and water, you will surely lose a lot of weight.
